Priest Lake Escapes Presents Cavanaugh Castle at Priest Lake, Idaho

The Cavanaugh Castle is a new construction very modern and efficient home, fabulously designed to fit into a lake setting. It is tucked back in the trees and is within walking distance to Cavanaugh Bay Marina. It is beautifully landscaped including a camp fire pit, and has a nice deck and grassy yard.

PRICING - $300 per night in winter or $1700.00 per week (plus taxes) and a $35 non-refundable cleaning inspection and outdoor garbage removal fee. This property is available year round, Sunday to Sunday.

THREE BEDROOM - The master bedroom is commanded by a handmade log queen size bed. A sliding glass door leads to the deck, and doubles as a private entrance. The second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, that include a lower double bed on one set. The third bedroom has a twin bed, and futons or a blow up bed, at this time.

THE LIVING ROOM is commanded by the floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace to make a cozy atmosphere on those chilly evenings. A hide a bed couch provides extra sleeping space and a TV/VCR are provided.

THE KITCHEN is very large, open, and airy, as well as equipped with dual ovens, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, dishwasher, utensils, plates, etc. The center island has a small bar sink with 2 very comfortable bar stools to provide extra eating space for kids or a very cozy meal for the adults. Kitchen linens are provided with you laundering before you depart.

BATHROOMS: The main bathroom entrance is in the master bedroom, it hosts a sunken garden tub, a separate standing shower, and a pocket door adds privacy to the commode. The second full bathroom's entrance is in the second bedroom, it has a full size bathtub, shower, sink, and commode. The third full bath’s entry is located in the third bedroom, it has a full size bathtub, shower, sink, and commode. The half bathroom is located off the main hallway and has a sink and commode.

TELEPHONE: There is no phone service at this home. There is Verizon cell service in the area.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS: This home has a large deck with a gas BBQ , and a dining set with umbrella. It is just a five minute walk to Cavanaugh Bay Marina and a five minute drive to Blue Diamond Marina where you can reserve your boat slip in advance. A nice camp fire pit is located off the drive way for those cool summer evenings of star gazing.

THE OTHER THINGS YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW ABOUT…

- Pets are not permitted. But have been in the home. The closest grocery store is the Leonard Paul Store where they have most of the necessities and a wonderful gift shop with everything from history books to huckleberry jelly
