Living Room-This home boasts 2 living rooms with back to back fireplaces. One room is connected to the kitchen with a sliding glass door leading outside to the hot tub area and one facing the lake with large picture windows, 2 couches, a dining table and a foos ball table. Both living rooms have pocket doors for extra privacy.

Kitchen-Large modern kitchen with all the amenities and a breakfast bar. Fully stocked with all the necessary items for preparation of your favorite meal.

Bedrooms-Three bedrooms, one king and two queens. Entry to the all the bedrooms is located in a long corridor that surrounds the living area. They all have large closets and nice windows.

Bathrooms-Two full very modern bathrooms conveniently located off the corridor as well.

Outdoors-This home has a large carport for covered sled parking. It has ample area for trailer parking or extra vehicles. The lake side of the yard has the patio with a hot tub, picnic table and a fire pit. The groomed snowmobile trails are just out the front door. Unload the sleds and ride to all services you might need.

   You Can ride your sleds directly to the Granite Creek Trailhead from this home. 

Please be advised that we do have wonderful little stores up here at Priest Lake. You will find gifts and sundries, and can find just about anything you could possibly imagine. The nearest supermarkets are in Priest River, Idaho and Newport, Washington.
