LIVING ROOM - Wrapped in a wonderful expanse of glass, this room gives you a breathtaking view of Priest Lake and the Selkirk Mountains.   A color TV with local channels is provided.  The wonderful stone fireplace will heat the whole house.  

KITCHEN - This kitchen and dining area, open to the living room has seating for 6 and room for a card table or TV Trays. Seating on the deck under the umbrella also provides extra eating space.  Equipped with everything including coffee maker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, range  and is fully stocked with all the necessary cookware, dishware, and utensils.  

BATHROOM - One full bath with tub and one half bath in the bunkhouse.  

BEDROOMS – One King bed and one Queen bed in the 2 bedrooms of the main house.  The bunkhouse has a Queen and 2 twins plus a futon that folds down to sleep 2. 

TELEPHONE: There is a telephone for 911 and local calls only.  Bring your cell phone.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS - Relax under the umbrella or in a lounge chair on the deck overlooking the  large beach and dock, with a commanding view of Priest Lake and the Selkirks.  There is a gas barbecue to grill your favorite cuts or the catch of the day.  After dinner, enjoy a campfire in the fire pit while stargazing the awesome skies over Priest Lake.  It is a quick boat ride or drive to  Elkins or Grandview Resorts for lakeside dining and weekend entertainment.

This Beautiful lakefront home is perfectly located off Reeder Bay Road on Priest Lake where the sun is yours all day.  A nice grassy area is adjacent to your private beach and dock.  A large deck overlooks the lakefront for a relaxing beachfront experience.  The home is 2 bedroom 1 bathroom in the main house; a bunk house hosts several beds, and a half bath.  The fabulous setting of Sunrise Surprise along with all the amenities makes this home a great choice for your summer vacation on Priest Lake..
