This could be your perfect lake getaway home.

LIVING ROOM – The living area has a built in gas fireplace that adds to the persona of a snowy winter night or a cool summer evening. An abundance of picture windows with blinds surround the large open area.  

KITCHEN – The dining area has plenty of room for a 12 seat table and chairs and is just off the kitchen that has full size modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and gas range with oven. (No Fridge pictured here but will be provided)

BEDROOMS -  There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 upstairs, A den and rec room can also be used as sleeping quarters.

BATHROOM –There are 3.5 bathrooms, 2 have giant soaking bathtubs with multiple sinks and showers. The main floor master bathroom has a built in gas fireplace above the tub.

LAUNDRY ROOM – There is an area for you washer and dryer on the main floor for you to use.

TELEPHONE – There is no telephone at this home, but tenant may have one installed at their expense..

As for the outdoors, there is ample parking, a paved driveway and turn around space for boat or snowmobile trailers and the trucks too. Large 3 car garage has enough room to house your favorite toys. The yard area is woodsy and set up for easy maintenance.
